Getting started with VICE-VERSA is super simple!

The 2 very firsts steps are to sign up for a member account (free) and subscribe to a free or paid monthly plan.

Then, you must set up your profile and put all the important information regarding your hourly rates, availabilities, meeting types that you are interested in having, etc. Once your profile is set up and your subscription is active, you can start to look for other VICE-VERSA members (inside or outside the platform) so you can connect with those who you share similar intentions and interests with. 

 

Please note that you are able to manage all your conversations within VICE-VERSA through direct messages (DMs). 

 

Our members are responsible for ensuring that their intentions and interests align before confirming any meetings with us. We rely on the integrity and diligence of our members to ensure that each step of the process unfolds smoothly and securely, as expected.

 

Once you and the other member have agreed on the terms, date, time, and location of the meeting, simply send us a direct message (DM) @VICE-VERSA from your member chat or email us at info@vice-versa.live with the details of your agreement with the other member. We will then collect the agreed-upon hourly rate from the member who is paying for the meeting. Once the reception of meeting rate payment is confirmed, we'll add it to our schedule and let both members know that they can now proceed.​

Escrow Service​

To ensure a fair arrangement for both parties, we will temporarily hold payments of hourly rates for the duration of meetings. Payments will be released to the members who charged for the meetings (hosts) within 48 hours unless:

​​

• The member who charged for the meeting never showed up (or showed up very late). If you have paid for the meeting and never showed up, you will not be refunded. 

• The member who charged for the meeting has presented serious signs of mental health issues that made the meeting uncomfortable or unsafe. If you have paid for the meeting and made it uncomfortable or unsafe, you will not be refunded.  

• The information on the member who charged for the meeting's profile does not does not accurately reflect their real-life appearance or identity (catfishing). If you have paid for the meeting and it ended because you gave false information in your profile, you will not be refunded. 

• The member who charged for the meeting did not adhere to the terms of the meeting agreement. If you have paid for the meeting and did not respect the agreement, you will not be refunded.

For any complaints or disputes regarding a meeting, please make sure that you contact us as soon as possible with all relevant information (documentation, photos, videos) that will help us investigate the situation and reach a fair resolution within 48 hours.

 

Please note that we will not process refunds if your meeting happened in a legitimate and secure way.

Ethereum (ERC-20) Network Fee​

To ensure your funds are transferred correctly, you must always use the Ethereum network (ERC-20) when sending your USDC. To minimize errors and prevent loss of funds during transfers, we strongly recommend using your Coinbase wallet ID (refer to the videos below) for transactions. This allows us to accurately track who sent what, reducing payout delays.

 

Collection of hourly rates

When sending your USDC using the Ethereum network (ERC-20) for a meeting with another member, a network fee is always applicable. We have no control over the amount of that fee, that is determined at the moment of the transaction. To make sure that you have paid the required amount for the meeting, please make sure that you always add the network fee when completing your payments.

Payouts

Please note that the Ethereum network (ERC-20) fee for transactions is always paid by the member who charged for the meeting (host) and will be substracted from the total amount of the payout.​​

VICE-VERSA Fee (BRONZE &  SILVER  Subscriptions  Only)​​

Our members subscribed to the BRONZE (20% fee) & SILVER (10% fee) plans must pay the VICE-VERSA fee per transactions for meetings they're taking parts in. Please note that there is no VICE-VERSA fee for members who are subscribed to our GOLD plans.

 

Example :

• You, as a BRONZE member, have a meeting request from another member that wants to meet with you for 2 hours at 50.00$/hr (100.00$)

• The Ethereum (ERC-20) network fee for the payout is 15.00$ (fictitious number)

• The VICE-VERSA (20%) fee is 20.00$ (20% of 100.00$)

• The payout that you will receive after your successful meeting will be 65.00$ (100.00$ for your hourly rate - 15.00$ for the Ethereum (ERC-20) network fee - 20.00$ for the VICE-VERSA fee)
