HOW IT WORKS

​​Getting started with VICE-VERSA is super simple!​​​

To be able to use our platform and start to earn for connecting with others, you must complete the following simple steps :

✅ Create your account & Subscribe to a plan ​

• Click the "Sign Up" button, you will be redirect your to the registration page.

• Choose your Membership Tier (BRONZE(free), SILVER, or GOLD) to unlock platform features. 

• When the form has been properly filled, click on "SUBMIT".​​​

💰Add your bank details for payouts 

After you create your account, you will receive an email from Mercury, our banking solution, asking you to add your bank details.

 

Mercury is a business banking platform we use to securely send payouts to members’ bank accounts. It helps us process transfers efficiently and keep payout records organized.

​

This step is required to set up your payout profile, so we can send your earnings to your bank after your meetings are completed and cleared for payout.

📅 Create and setup your calendar 
You manage your own availability using a scheduling tool you already trust (we recommend Calendly, but any similar scheduler works). You share your scheduling link on your VICE-VERSA profile and anywhere you promote your availability. ​

👥 Set up your profile and availability 

Add a photo and compelling bio, set your hourly rate (you have complete control over your pricing), choose your meeting types, talk about your interests and hobbies, your professional experience and life goals, let the world know about what you are looking for, and have to offer!

Share your VICE-VERSA profile in your social media profile pages, during networking events, or through any of your other online/offline channels so people in your circle can know when you're free to connect.

Meeting confirmation

When you have agreed to meet with another member, you must submit your meeting confirmation and enter the total amount you agreed to pay. After submission, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your payment.

 

Once payment is completed, we confirm the payment and meeting details so both parties can proceed. Funds are held securely until the meeting is completed.

Service fee:

Please be advised that we retain a 10% service fee. Hosts receive their agreed rate minus that 10%.

​

After your meeting ends, please submit your rating and feedback using our Meeting Reviews & Help form. This review helps us close out the meeting, maintain trust on the platform, and process payouts accurately.

Escrow & Disputes

To keep meetings fair for both members, VICE-VERSA uses a secure escrow-style hold.

• When a meeting is paid, funds are secured for the duration of the meeting.

• After the meeting ends, funds are released to the host unless a dispute is filed within 2 hours.

• If a dispute is filed, the funds are temporarily held while we review the details.

To report an issue, fill our "Meeting feedback & Help" form:

We highly recommend using this form after each ones of your meetings so we can have be aware of members with good ratings and refer them to other good members. It will also help us know which members account should suspended or terminated.
