HOW IT WORKS
Getting started with VICE-VERSA is super simple!
After creating your VICE-VERSA account, you will need to complete the following important steps to be fully ready to start connecting and earning.
✅ Subscribe to a plan
Choose your membership tier (BRONZE(free), SILVER, or GOLD) to unlock platform features.
💰 Create your cryptocurrency wallet for USDC payments
After creating your VICE-VERSA account and selecting your subscription plan, you will need to create your wallet in order to send and receive USDC payments though the "Arbitrum One" network.
There is a lot of platform you can use to create your wallet. For more information on where to start, you can watch this video.

📅 Create and setup your calendar
Create a personal Calendly account at https://calendly.com/ and provide us with the right calendar access based on your subscription:

GOLD members: Grant us (info@vice-versa.live) full access to your calendar for complete schedule management

BRONZE and SILVER members: Grant us (info@vice-versa.live) partial access so we can be notified simultaneously when you receive new bookings and cancellations (you'll still manage your own schedule)
👥 Set up your profile and availability
Let others know when you're free to connect through multiple channels: update your profile page, share your VICE-VERSA calendar on social media channels, networking events, or any other online and offline platforms.
Meeting confirmation
When a booking is confirmed through Calendly, we will proceed with the collection of the agreed-upon hourly rate from the member who is paying for the meeting. Once the reception of payment is confirmed, we'll let the member who got booked know that the his/her funds are now available and secured until the completion of the meeting is officially confirmed.
Escrow Service
To ensure a fair arrangement for both parties, we will temporarily hold payments for the duration of meetings. Unless there a dispute filed within the next 2 hours following a meeting completion, payments will be released to the hosts within our 72 hours window period, unless:

The member who charged for the meeting never showed up (or showed up very late). Please note that If you have paid for the meeting and never showed up, you will not be refunded.

The member who charged for the meeting has presented serious signs of mental health issues that made the meeting uncomfortable or unsafe. Please note that if you have paid for the meeting and made it uncomfortable or unsafe, you will not be refunded.

The information on the member who charged for the meeting's profile does not does not accurately reflect their real-life appearance or identity (catfishing). Please note that if you have paid for the meeting and it ended because you gave false information about your profile, you will not be refunded.

The member who charged for the meeting did not adhere to the terms of the meeting agreement. Please note that if you have paid for the meeting and did not respect the agreement, you will not be refunded.
For any complaints or disputes regarding a meeting, please make sure that you report the issue as soon as possible (within the 2 hours after meeting completion) here : https://www.vice-versa.live/resolution-center
Please note that we will not process refunds if your meeting happened in a legitimate and secure way.
How Do You Pay & Get Paid
Payouts for Meetings:
In your sign up process, you have been asked to provide your receivable wallet address, payouts will be sent to this address.

Arbitrum One Network Fee
When sending your USDC using the Arbitrum One network for a meeting with another member, a network fee is always applicable. We have no control over the amount of that fee, that is determined at the moment of the transaction. To make sure that you have paid the required amount for the meeting, please make sure that you always add the network fee when completing your payments.
VICE-VERSA Meeting Fee
All guests pay a 10% platform fee when booking meetings.

• Your net fee cost: 10%
SILVER ($49.99/month)
• Platform fee: 10%
• Your refund: 5%
• Your net fee cost: 5%
GOLD ($99.99/month)
• Platform fee: 10%
• Your refund: 0%
• Your net fee cost: FREE
Example: $100 Meeting (2 hours @ $50/hour)
As a BRONZE Guest:
• Host rate: $100.00
• Platform fee (10%): $10.00
• Total you pay: $110.00
• Your refund: $0.00
• Your net cost: $110.00
As a SILVER Guest:
• Host rate: $100.00
• Platform fee (10%): $10.00
• Total you pay: $110.00
• Your refund: $5.50 (5%)
• Your net cost: $104.50
As a GOLD Guest:
• Host rate: $100.00
• Platform fee (10%): $10.00
• Total you pay: $110.00
• Your refund: $11.00 (10%)
• Your net cost: $99.00
Host Payouts
All hosts receive their full rate, regardless of guest tier.
Example: $100 meeting
• Your rate: $100.00
• Network fee (Arbitrum): ~$0.50
• Your payout: $99.50
Network fees are deducted from host payouts and typically range from $0.10 to $1.00 per transaction.
