vice-versa live DISPUTE RESOLUTION policy
Our Commitment to Fair Resolutions
At VICE-VERSA, we believe trust is the foundation of meaningful connections. Our dispute resolution process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and fair, while protecting both parties through escrow.
How Escrow Works (Before, During, After)
When a meeting is booked, the full payment is locked in escrow (USDC) before the meeting begins.
-
Before the meeting: Funds are secured in escrow.
-
During the meeting: Funds remain locked while the meeting takes place.
-
After the meeting: Funds are released to the host within 72 hours unless a dispute is filed within the dispute window.
Dispute Window (2 Hours)
After the meeting ends, funds are released to the host unless a dispute is filed within 2 hours of meeting completion.
-
If a dispute is filed within 2 hours, the payment remains held while we review the case.
-
If no dispute is filed within 2 hours, the transaction is treated as final and funds proceed to release.
