Q: What's the typical rate for meetings?

A: There is no minimum or limit to the amount someone can charge per hour. Hosts have complete freedom to set their rates based on their services, expertise, and type of meeting offered.

Q: How do meeting payments work?

A: We use USDC (USD Coin) on the Arbitrum One network for all meeting transactions:

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Yes! We hold payments in VICE-VERSA Escrow during meetings. Funds are released within our 72 hours window period after successful completion of the meeting.

Q: How does VICE-VERSA ensure user safety?

A: We implement several security measures:

  • ID verification during sign-up

  • Live AI-powered assistance before, during and after meetings (through BEACON)

Q: How can I get help if I need it?

A: We offer multiple support channels:

Meeting Disputes & Refunds

Q: What happens if a meeting is unsuccessful?

A: VICE-VERSA takes meeting disputes seriously. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours after the meeting completion. This strict timeline ensures fair and quick resolution for all parties. You can file your dispute HERE.

Q: What qualifies as a valid dispute reason?

A: Valid reasons for disputes include:

  • No-shows (member doesn't appear for scheduled meeting)

  • False profiles (member misrepresented their identity)

  • Unsafe behavior during meeting

  • Service quality not matching description

  • Non-respect of the meeting type agreed on

Q: What's the dispute filing process?

A: To file a dispute:

  1. Within 2 hours after meeting completion, file your dispute HERE

  2. Your dispute must include information like:

    • Meeting date and time

    • Other member's username

    • Specific dispute reason

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.)

 

Q: How long does dispute resolution take?

A: Our team reviews disputes within 72 hours after receiving them. During this time:

  • Funds remain in escrow

  • Both parties can provide additional evidence (photos, videos, notes, etc.)

  • Support team investigates claims

  • Final decision will be communicated to both parties via email

  • Funds will be released accordingly

Q: How do I join the referral program?

A: Simply visit the "Refer Friends ($)" page to access your unique referral link.

Q: What do my referrals get for signing up?

A: The people that will sign up using your referral link will get a discount of 50% on the first billing cycle of any of our subscription plan available in "Plans & Pricing". 

Q: What do I get paid for referrals?

A: You earn in two ways:

  • 10% lifetime commission on all subscription payments. Payments are released on the 1st of each month in USDC, within our 72 hours window period, in USDC. 

  • 25% of platform meeting fees and courses sales from your referral's first month of subscription. Payments are released within our 72 hours window period following your referral's meetings completion and/or course purchase, in USDC.

Q: What happens if my referral upgrades their subscription?

A: You'll continue receiving 10% of their new subscription amount. For example, if they upgrade from SILVER ($49.99) to GOLD ($99.99), your monthly commission increases accordingly.

Q: What information must my referrals provide?

A: While referrals can be tracked through your unique referral link, we strongly recommend having your referrals enter your VICE-VERSA username in the "Referred By :" field during sign-up for optimal tracking accuracy. This dual-tracking system ensures you receive proper credit for your referrals.

 

Think of your username as a backup verification, it's like having a safety net to guarantee your referral rewards. By promoting both your referral link AND username, you create a robust tracking system that protects your earning potential. Remember, the more secure the tracking, the more confident you can be in building your passive income through our referral program.
