VICE-VERSA SAFETY GUIDELINES

Your Safety Is Our Priority

At VICE-VERSA, we're committed to creating a secure environment for all meetings. While we provide tools and guidelines to enhance your safety, your personal awareness and judgment remain your most important protection.

Important Safety Disclaimer

VICE-VERSA is a meeting coordination platform. We facilitate connections between verified members but do not control, supervise, or monitor in-person meetings. Each member is responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during meetings.

⚠️ No Insurance or Liability Coverage:

VICE-VERSA does not provide insurance, indemnity, or liability coverage of any kind for in-person meetings. All in-person meetings are conducted entirely at your own risk. VICE-VERSA assumes no responsibility for any incidents, injuries, property damage, financial losses, emotional distress, or any other harm that may occur before, during, or after a meeting.

By using VICE-VERSA, you acknowledge that:

  • You meet with other members at your own risk

  • VICE-VERSA is not liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during meetings

  • You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before meeting anyone

  • Identity verification reduces risk but does not guarantee safety or predict behavior

  • You should always follow personal safety best practices

Essential Safety Guidelines

Before the Meeting:

  1. Review the Member's Profile Thoroughly

  2. Communicate Clearly

  3. Choose a Safe Location

  4. Tell Someone Where You're Going

  5. Prepare Your Safety Tools

 

During the Meeting:

  1. Arrive and Leave Independently

  2. Stay in Public View

  3. Trust Your Instincts

  4. Maintain Boundaries

  5. Document If Necessary

After the Meeting:

  1. Report Issues Immediately (within 2 hours)

  2. Leave Honest Feedback

Emergency Protocols

If You Feel Unsafe During a Meeting:

Immediate Danger:

  • Call 911 or local emergency services immediately

  • Move to a public area with other people

  • Alert venue staff if available

  • Contact your emergency contact

 

Uncomfortable But Not Immediate Danger:

  • Politely end the meeting: "I need to leave now"

  • Move to a public area

  • Don't leave alone if you feel followed — ask venue staff for help

  • Document what happened while details are fresh and REPORT AN ISSUE if needed

Reporting Platform Violations

To ensure safety for all on VICE-VERSA LIVE, we ask our users to immediately report to us if a member :

  • Made threats or engaged in violent behavior

  • Exhibited signs of intoxication or substance abuse

  • Made unwanted physical contact

  • Pressured you to go to a private location

  • Shared explicit content without consent

  • Attempted to bypass platform payment system

  • Profile information was significantly false (catfishing)

  • Engaged in illegal activity

How to report a platform violation:

In your report, include:

  • Your name and account email

  • Other member's name and profile link

  • Meeting date, time, and location

  • Detailed description of what happened

  • Any evidence: screenshots, photos, messages

 

Our Response Process:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours

  • Investigation: 48–72 hours 

  • Possible actions: Warning, suspension, or permanent ban

  • Serious Violations: Reported to law enforcement if necessary

VICE-VERSA is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community. We continuously improve our safety features, respond promptly to concerns, and take violations seriously. However, your safety ultimately depends on your own judgment and actions.

Remember: No meeting is worth compromising your safety. Trust your instincts, follow these guidelines, and never hesitate to leave a situation that makes you uncomfortable.

By using VICE-VERSA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these safety guidelines. You accept full responsibility for your safety during meetings and release VICE-VERSA from all liability for any incidents that occur. These guidelines do not create a duty of care or guarantee of safety by VICE-VERSA.
